I'm working on a Granny Square blanket for Nick. We're going down to Miami next week to visit his familia so this will give me something to do ;)
I decided I should make my squares a little bigger. Also went to the yarn store and picked up more yarn. The old ladies were astonished "wow that's a lot of yarn!". I said, "I'm making a blanket... and it's crochet."
I found this really neat purple heather yarn that has flecks of pink and blue in it. It's warmer than the purple. I only got one skein of it because I wasn't sure, but I may trade one of my bluish purple skeins for another skein of it, cuz it's pretty.
